Complying development is a fast-track approval process for straightforward residential, commercial and industrial development. If the application meets specific criteria, it can be determined by a council or accredited certifier.

The Planning Hub provides Compliance Assessment reports for a range of Exempt & Complying project types and clients include Private Certifiers, developers and Government Agencies.

As an initial step, the team will Investigate your development options for an individual site, including the identification of land-based restrictions.

Once that review is completed, an exempt and/or complying development report would be generated.

This would then be assessed by either a Private Certifier or Council Certification team.
